I have not had one yet but my sister has and hers is still in tact. Granted a bit slimmer but still there.

I would imagine it be like it was when you were younger if you still had a booty when you were younger and thinner , when you drop the pounds you will still have a simaliar shape

I'm only 8 weeks out I've lost weight everywhere except back there soooo I think it may slim up a bit but never go anywhere thank you Jesus....I no a few ppl who got the bypass and they have lost all theirs which is why I decided to go with the sleeve.

I think what Mary said is true. I have never had a butt!! Even when I was younger. Guess what, I still have no BUTT!!! It totally has been a problem. My tailbone hurts so bad that I have had to buy cushions for my chair and my car seat also. I have always wished that I carried my weight like a regular woman instead of carrying it in my stomach. I have had the hardest time buying pants my whole life. If they fit my waist they were totally baggy on my legs. One of the very best thing for me are SKINNY JEANS!!! I love them!!

I lost my butt with my weight loss. I've been doing squats and dead lifts. I still have hopes of a booty.
