Lower chest and upper tummy pain

Hey everyone, I am 6 months post op and two nights ago I had asparagus and little steak for dinner the next morning I was in pain. I have had issues eating or drinking anything sometimes it comes up and others just painful going down. It also hurts to take a deep breath. I am really scared I have something serious wrong. Has anyone experienced this and is so do you know what caused it? I've tried tums and Alka-seltzer. Thanks for any help you can give. Oh I am going to my surgeons later today. I also do not have a gallbladder that was removed when I had my sleeve.

Midid my surgeon said my issue was due to an Advil I did not crush. He says it may have been stuck and while breaking down it created a sore. He gave me medicine (I tossed the bottle and forgot the name) to help it heal. You should go to your doctor and have it checked out! Good luck
