When I'm Hungry I'm HUNGRY!

Like is this normal? Today I've had 2 Protein shakes and pudding. It's my 5th day since surgery so I'm still on the liquid diet stage. I will be eating some strained Soup later.

It's weird because I'm not use to eating and drinking so frequently. I use to chow down a big meal and not eat for hours then eat another big meal later. I'm not use to these little meals all day long.

Well things have changed and you won't be able to eat those big meals. Plan for it. Keep things on hand for small meals.

A lot of things change when you become a post op. Sometimes you might feel a little lost too. But the further out you get the more you'll start to understand with how your new body works. Spending time here on the forums, YouTube, and searching for other WLS blogs helps a lot to fill in the blanks. Best of luck!

Are you taking a PPI? Are you drinking water all day? like literally all day, every moment you are awake?
