The Protein requirement is to promote weight loss and to support your body as it heals and functions in a severe calorie deficit. You're going to HAVE to figure something out and at less than a month

I also have major issues with protein shakes etc. If you like coffee at all try this, it is the only thing I have found that is not just tolerable but kinda good. 1 Caramel Premeire protien shake 1

Have you tried the Genepro unflavored protein? It is virtually flavorless, can go in hot or cold things and packs allot of protein, I find that it doesn't taste bad like the other unflavored proteins.

I'm still having trouble meeting my Protein requirements. I am 3 weeks and 2 days post op and am steady losing weight but I'm not getting my required protein. I cannot cannot cannot do the shakes. They come right back up and Unflavored protein is NOT unflavored. I am trying to eat protein rich foods but am not eating a portion size big enough to amount to anything. So my question is, the protein requirement, does it promote and enhance weight loss or is it just something we are suppose to have nutritional wise? I wish I had a more supportive NUT like I've seen some people in the forum have so I could ask these questions. Mine strictly communicates through email and it takes days for a response IF she decides to respond.
