Leg/Muscle Pains 4 weeks post op

I don't know the root cause of why my legs are so sore. I walk my 15-20 minutes a day (slow pace) (sometimes more).

Over the course of the last week though my legs feel like they have been running in a marathon and I really have to be careful going up stairs getting in and out my car etc.

I drink about 2 16 oz bottles of Poland Spring Water plus a 12 oz Diet Snapple throughout the

Day, plus a small cup of coffee.

Am I getting enough fluids? It takes me so damn long to drink a bottle of water now.

I see my surgeon Thursday for my one month follow up. I've been going weekly since my surgery date. (6/27).

@@AndyNicks I don't think that's enough fluids. Try drinking something with electrolytes. Depending on what stage you are on - get in some potassium (banana). Be sure you are getting all of your recommended protein too. If that doesn't help - call your Dr to make sure not serious (blood clot).
