Sounds like you just need another fill. I had 2, and after the 2nd I was really tight and had great restriciton. Over time your stomach changes, you lose weight, and then you need another. I waited too long and didn't lose any weight from month 4-5. I got another fill 6 days ago and have already lost 5 pounds. I can really tell the difference.

I have had 3 fills and have always been able to eat more than 1/2 a cup of food. I can probably eat about a cup but still have been losing 2-3 lbs a week.

My doctor never told me I should focus on only eating 1/2 a cup. He said eat until you are full then stop, if your weight loss slows down from the 1-2 lbs a week and you are eating healthy and working out then go get a fill.
