Which Protein shake are you drinking? I start my pre-op diet on 6/29 and I'm still wondering which one to purchase? I need something that has a little taste.

3 weeks, but Premier is not on my list given by my surgeon's office. I'm stuck between Slim Fast High Protein, EAS Complete, and Neolife shake powder.

I was drinking EAS complete and they are good but they did not have enough protein for my consumption. My liquid is only 2 weeks.

Premier is good and I would be your office would accept if slim fast is ok.

I just tried gene pro unflavored in broth, never would have thought it was actually good and tasteless. A nice easy way to add 30g!
