Starting the sleeve journey in Lehigh valley PA

Hello everyone,

Im new here but I'm really loving all the advice from just lurking lol. I was advised I have an umbilical hernia about a month ago. I decided if I will be forced to have surgery which I despise the idea. I will get the sleeve done also which I've always wanted. I have Cigna open access plus & looking for a doctor in my area. That's all I have so far in my newbie journey !
