That's great results!

I'm down 23 lbs since June 1. I hit a stall about a week ago and I think I'm just getting over it.

3 weeks on tomorrow. Went for my follow up appointment today. Moved to the soft foods stage. I, too am now worried a bit about bad habits. I have been very much to the rules, so I know I just need to stick to the plan. If you haven't tried the fat free Fairlife Milk--it is so good. 13 grams of Protein per serving. Really good.

I had my surgery on the 6th and I have had a really easy time of it. Surgery went great, I had no gas pains, or sore throat I have no problems drinking or eating anything I don't know if this is normal or not by reading this it seems like people are having a rough time but maybe they just post more than the people that it went smooth. You guys let me know your experiences

I had my surgery 6/8 and hubby has his 6/29. I am currently stuck in my week 3 stall (boo! ) but have lost 17 lbs since surgery and 36 since my highest weight. I look forward to what is yet to come for both of us!

I had gas pains, but I'm good now. I cannot drink anything too cold and if I don't sip, it hurts. I'm still getting light headed when I stand or walk too long. My BP isn't low though. Other than that, I feel great. Today makes one week since my surgery. Oh and I still have stomach soreness and swelling, but my surgeon has me wearing a binder.< /p>

I got fairlife milk yesterday at savemart, I think many grocery stores do carry it. They also have a list on the website so you can check for stores near you.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
