Consider pain medication and swelling. You will lose, promise.

I'm 10 weeks post op and down almost 50 as of today, also had the week 3 stall last about 3 weeks... It'll happen.

I feel you! I had surgery on Tuesday and I can a still feel all the Fluid in my arms, etc so I won't weigh myself. I am going to just wait til I see my doc for my one week post op.

Make sure you are drinking 64 oz of Water, and going to the bathroom daily. Follow your plan and you will get over the stall. It happens to all of us. Part of the process. But if you are consistent your body will eventually let go of weight. Hang in there!

I'm so glad to read about these 3rd week stalls-- not that I'm happy for you stallers lol...just that I'm glad to read that it wasn't just me! First two weeks I was down 15+ lbs.. then week 3 post op, I was up a lb and then nada the rest of the week!

Yes butterfly I'm still on stall 4 wks but I'm positive it'll pass. I'm doing all the things properly my Proteins my Vitamins and know I'm starting my Calcium. I'd rather have it go slow because the end there's a big WIN at the finish line. We will over come this good luck to you and all us other stallers!! [emoji120][emoji846]

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
