March 10 for me. I had a rough go at the start, but I'm much, much better now. I'm in the "try it and see" phase with new foods, and fortunately, I haven't tried anything that hasn't worked yet.

I really can't handle more than 3 oz max of fish or other dense Protein at a time, or 1/2 cup total per meal. What I'm working on now (in addition to slowly trying new foods) is judging how much is "just enough" in settings where I can't measure or weigh out my portion in advance. It's a really subtle difference, and I find it harder to do when I'm in a social setting with more distractions.

Mine was March 2nd and I have had absolutely NO problems or issues or pain like some I have read on this forum. The secret for me is stopping a meal before I have had too much. It seems that getting enough Protein is a little more challenging now than in the beginning so I rely on the JET FUEL known as "Isopure". Unlike others I can tolerate it quite well. To answer your question......I feel great and am not straying from the high protein /liquid program. I go to the gym 3 or 4 time a week which of course is a big plus according to my
Doc. Good luck to all of us.

Mine was March 8, And I also haven't experienced any thing I can't tolerate. I'm eating about 3-4oz each meal and am also feeling great, I'm down 40 lbs!
