I am exactly six days post-op and have been unable to meet my water and protein goals. It's not that I can't keep anything down because I can, but anymore than an ounce, I feel like I'm over doing it.
What are some tips or routines that have helped you on your journey early on to meet your goals? I'm still on full liquids.
And yes I will talk to my NUT tomorrow once they get into the office
