Im 12 months out and my hair us still very thin i have started taking zinc tablets from my gp to help which it has. Its a slow process but it does get better

It's different for everyone. My hair loss only lasted about a month and a half (from 3.5 months out to 5 months out) and then it started growing back immediately. Some people lose longer and more.... some people don't lose any. Take your vitamins, get your protein in, drink your water, and hope for the best!

I am 13 weeks post op. My wife told me she thinks my hair looks thinner this week. An amazing feat as I have very fine hair. Obviously I am worried - so I guess I will lose it even faster!
