    Timeframe for non-NHS

I saw my surgeon at the end of January and had my op on the 17th March. Recovery for me took a few weeks so I would say give yourself 4 or so months realistically to ensure you have no major issues before working abroad again. I cannot praise my surgeon enough I had professor amore at the Spire hospital in Manchester. His team were incredibly supportive and listened me all my concerns etc. When you go private for surgery it can be done as quickly as you want it providing there isn't a waiting list. I would recommend seeing someone you have done research on etc before your deadline and book in to avoid disappointment.

  24. Hi all I am 5 months out of surgery and I have lost 10 stone or 140 lbs since January 2015 in total. After meeting with my NUT she mentioned hair shedding will knock at my door shortly and she definitely has in a big way. Can anyone relate to this or has anyone gone through this as I get married in May and I am scared I am not going to have any hair left at the rate it is falling out. Is there anything I can do to stop it or at least slow it down?? On a separate subject ladies as I have PCOS I don't want to have a contraceptive that makes this worse any ideas? Thanks
