Just wanted to see if anyone has taken Catalyst from Advocare after their gastric sleeve. I use to take a lot of their products before surgery. Now I'm only interested in the catalyst to help gain muscle. Please give me your imput if you take it.

I wouldn't. You won't be gaining muscle during the rapid weight loss phase after surgery - your body can't handle the catabolism of losing significant weight while also building muscle. Best you can hope for (especially as a female, we gain muscle slower) is to keep the lean mass you have during the weight loss phase. Save the muscle gains for when you can increase calories so you have something extra to build muscle with.

I'm pretty much done losing weight. I'm one year out this week. I'm now just trying to tone up after all the weight loss.
