It's called Water intolerance. It's common but usually only temporary. You over come it by continuing to drink it. Eventually it will go away. Take sips all day long and increase the amount you sip with time.

Soup recipes are relatively easy. I'm sure you can whip up multiple ones. Just focus on broth, meat and non-starchy vegetables.

Thankyou I'll persist with the Water, I'm just not creative in the kitchen when it comes to making Soups

I am not either, that is why I buy pre made soups most of the time. Just read labels and make sure whatever you choose is appropriate for your phase.

I liked the ProtiDiet creamy chicken and Tomato basil soups that my surgeon allowed even on the clear phase.

Some people get won ton or egg drop Soup from a Chinese restaurant or similar and just strain out the won tons.

You can also get canned or prepared soups at the grocery store or deli.

Bone broth is high in Protein.

Please try to get in more. Dehydration is no joke.

Have you tried room temperature Water? Water is the only thing I have temperature issues with and have found I can only drink it room temperature. If it's cold at all, it makes my stomach feel "crampy".

Water is also tough for me because I used to down it. I drink a little Water now, but honestly I am more successful with G2 and Diet iced tea/Lemonade (which counts as water). I hope my love for water returns. It doesn't hurt to drink anymore, but for some reason I have just lost interest in it.

I am about 1 month out.

I still have this issue with water so I am taking sips all the time but it is getting better though everyday

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
