Awesome job ! Total motivator for me ! I had mine 5 days ago at 306.7 surgery day and down to 294.5 ! My goal is 200 to 210 but would love to get below that 200 mark.

Thank You and you will Chris. I weighed in yesterday morning at 195. Haven't seen that weight since high school. Lol
Hahaha maybe grade school for me !

Next goal has been met. Weighted in this morning at 182.3 I look at these pictures in disbelief.

You look awesome!!! What I especially love about your photo is the look on your face in the most recent photo. It is almost as if you don't believe what you see in the mirror. ;)

You are awesome!!

What is your diet like? How many calories / carbs/ protein are you doing daily?

How about exercise?

I wish my skin could look as great as yours :)

You look amazing!!!

Thank you so much.

I try keeping the carb intake to a minimum. I aim for a minimum 30-40 grams of protein per day. Sometimes more on weight lifting days. I work nights and daytime dad so I try to workout 2 days on 1 day off. At times it's hard to squeeze everything in but I do my best.

I had my surgery through Tri-State Bariatrics at Good Samaritan.

Quick update. I'm 10 months out and I still can't believe how I feel, how I changed the way I eat, and the way I look at food. Occasionally I do have a sweet desert or an alcoholic beverage but I keep my carb intake to a minimum, and when I do have carbs it's before I go to the gym so I can utilize what I just took in. Just keep in mind that surgery is just a "Tool" use it correctly and it'll work. Good luck to everyone on their journey.
