Isn't weight loss surgery a big no no in the Military? I know you can't join if you have had it.

Thank you !! I am not really measuring per say. I would say I am definitely not gettinting the 64 oz yet. Maybe getting half or a little more. I am not gulping but taking decent sips. I will say that ice pops are my new best friends though. I started back at work today so no ice pops... I think I am going threw withdrawls !

I have no pain at all when I drink either. Today is 7 days. I still don't push myself though. 13.9 lbs total this morning Loving it so far !

Not gonna happen until you are able to drink the shakes. I have 2 more days and cant wait to move on to stage 2. Hate chicken broth and jello already hahaha

Awesome job ! Total motivator for me ! I had mine 5 days ago at 306.7 surgery day and down to 294.5 ! My goal is 200 to 210 but would love to get below that 200 mark.

I had mine done on the 18th. My surgery was a revision where they removed the band and did the sleeve at one time. I would say the first night I was just achy and sore. Kind of like a mack truck hit me. The meds kept it pretty in check though. Day 2 was pretty much similar but the pain was more annoyance type feeling. Like pulling on the wounds. I came home on day 3 from the hospital and haven't taken pain meds since being there. I have some but never taken them yet. As of today day 5 I would say I hardly have any pain at all. I think most pain came from sudden movement and when I coughed. Stay the course and don't worry so much because even in this short time I have had it I know it will be worth it. Down 12.2 lbs since 5 days ago.

I had the same concerns. I was banded in 07 at 389 lbs. Lost weight all the way to 210. I met my wife and lets just say I put on happy weight I got back to 306.7 on my revision day this past monday 4/18. I was lucky and had it done in one surgery. I am 5 days out and down 9 lbs already !

I just had my revision from band to sleeve done in South Florida and total was 10600.

So far so good they successfully did it all in one shot. I am in the hospital and will be for 2 nights. I am just groggy and sore so far. The morphine drip seems to be helping.
