Did anyone not have a drain?

I'm curious I had surgery yesterday and I realized I don't have a drain but when I had my gallbladder removed I did....did this happen to anyone else?

No drain with my sleeve.

Did not have a drain. That didn't stop an abscess from forming under my largest incision and then draining on its own for a week. Kinda scary at first, and really gross, but all ended up well.

Had one for 48 hours. I'm convinced that it was 17 feet long and was trying to make babies with my kidneys.
