I was banded yesterday! I'm in a bit of pain, especially when the meds start to wear off so I'm setting alarms to make sure I take them every four hours, even at night. I've been taking Gas X strips to help with the pain in my shoulder. Honestly the shoulder/gas pain was worse than the belly pains yesterday. I'm not really hungry so I've been forcing myself to drink a bit of a protein shake and sip some tomato soup. I'm just so excited for this new beginning. I'm proud to finally be a part of this group. ????
