  1. Thank you guys , no I was just curious , is good to know though. I have no health issues or addiction to food or anything. I was banded February 17. So far is going ok , I have my first fill in 2 weeks ,
  2. Looking for newbies banders, I had my surgery in nyu February 17 , might be nice to link up and chat about dining out or different food ideas

  7. I'm curious to know if a person that has the lap band recently can they change their mind a few months or a year after and change to the sleeve? Maybe they just getting desperate to loose weight, I wonder if they still have to go thought the same process over again , with insurance , liquid diet etc? , just curious .......
  8. @@Npdavis I had the same thing for almost a week , I bought heating pads and gas x, they work miracles , I also walk from the kitchen, living room room etc , also have someone pat you in ur back ,,, trust me I know that pain ..... Is miserable . I had my surgery February 17 and now is that is slow down. Just burp it out the more you let it out the less it hurts
  9. Hey guys, yes I was having severe gas pain myself, I bought heating pads and gas x chewable. They work miracles. Also let someone pat you in the back , and burp away .... I'm used to the liquid diet already , I'm up to purée food starting today , ..... For my liquid. I did a lot of protein shakes, diet Snapple , broth home made, crystal light, water, ice pops, when I felt hungry I will have a shake or which Eva. I would usually add fiber to the shakes as well , it helps with constipation .

  14. Thank you , my advice will be once you started don't end it half way. Go hard or go home. Because to think all this days on liquids might as well go completely till the end And be done with that step . And keep on to the next , , keep yourself busy and entertain , so food don't get in your head .....
