bipro Protein Water is something you can find online. It contains protein. I find it too sweet so I put 8 ounces peach or lemon in a glass and dilute with 24 ounces ice tea or water. It is expensive, but I am no longer eating fast food, etc and I'm saving money in those areas.

Had lapband surgery 10/12/16
