Pain 7 months out

I am 7 months post op. I've done pretty well with one exception. A about 2 months ago I started getting an intense pain in the middle of my back. Before long I felt like it was wrapping around my rib cage, increasing in intensity and landing at the breast bone. Went to ER, heart checked out just fine. Surgeon ordered an ultrasound, said gallbladder needed to come out. In two weeks had that surgery. Afterward, felt great for about 6 weeks, then BAM! Same pain happens again. Back to the ER! Dosed me up with Ativan, made me drink something with lidocaine in it and home I went. 10 days later.... Here we go again.... Drove to ER and its full, turned around came home. Drank antacid. Took an Ativan and some gas x.... Feeling better for the moment..... Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? Ideas?

I want to say it was a stone lodged in the bile duct or something like that.
