GOOOAAAALLLLLLL!

So today , this morning to be exact my scale read 170 pounds. Exactly 1 year and 2 days post surgery.

Whew! now the hard part.

My new motto has to be:

MAINTAIN NOT GAIN!

    Great job! I just hit the 100lb lost mark today so I know how you feel! 5 months 2 weeks for me. What a great ride :)
