The other plain Protein Powder I was referring to is by Unjury. Go to www.unjury.com.

Although I believe Alec owner of this site has now products for sale which I need to visit and try myself but I'm super sure they ate great and come from great experienced users on this site.

I posting same info I just posted to other post "crazy hair loss"

regarding Vitamins. Try to get yourself 2 Vitamin containers in pic. One for home one for work, bring the one from work home on Fridays to refill take back Monday's. Helps us stay on track for our Vitamin intake. Set cell alarms if you have too. post-195702-14524668638903_thumb.jpg

I'm currently taking, however please note I'm 2 yrs out.

****Please make sure you check with your doctor and have them check your lab work and results as to what Vitamins you're low on and you need.

Always request a copy of your lab results and Doctor reports when you visit them. Keep in file and let your family know where to find. Place note date you fasted, lab visit date/time, Doctor follow-up visit date, so your family had available in case of emergency.

I forgot to mention this Omega fish oil in liquid form with d3 vitamin.

Highly recommend. It doesn't taste like fish at all, it's like drinking a huge lemon peel drop. Well worth it, I drink when I just don't get my oils or fish intake in for the week.

I'm also enjoying the new gummy vitamins, not recommend but now that 2 yrs out, my stomach digest them well and I still make sure to chew thoroughly. I'm not pregnant (I'm 49 yrs old ????) LOL!, but find that the pre-natals make me feel better.

Let me know if you have any questions. Im not on here all the time so if you'd like, inbox me a private email and I send you mine and I will reply sooner

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!!

Stay hydrated! ????

@@toddindy1 - Call your Dr. I had a structure about 3 months post-op. I could eat but it felt like it was building up in my esophagus and I would have to vomit. Once I did vomit, I would feel so much better so I would try again to drink and eventually felt sick again. The dilation was very easy. They did mine twice because I was so tight (not much more room than a pinhole). I was asleep maybe 10 minutes and they used a balloon that stretches the space. I felt better immediately. Then I went back the following week a d they stretched it more. I have been great since. Hope that helps!

Hi Todd, have you informed the doctors you feel shaky after the drink?

Also what came yo mind when you said your throat feels it closes up, it a sign of possibly you're allergic to the drink, first sign when you eat or drink some you're allergic your esophagus starts to feel tight as it swell. Please let your doctor know f you haven't and keep and eye out if it's a particular brand or all. It also be one of the Protein drink ingredient if it happens with all. But if it's happening with just Water than it's clearly you still need the doctor to help make more space for you.

Is it all Protein drinks or just one on this question too.

I did notice my heart raced and at times after my Protein Drink that were soy powder based.

I haven't told my doctors, as I keep forgetting but I assuming it's all the Vitamins in the Protein Drink that causes it.

The ready to go Premier Protein don't to the severity the powder mix did but was also a different brand.

Please ensure to discus these symptoms with your doctors

I hope you feel better, keep up posted.

@@kk100 - they do an endoscopy (EGD) and use a very small balloon on the end of the scope and inflate the balloon which stretches out the stricture and allows space for food to move through. I had 2 done approx. 1 week apart. (My stricture was very tight and they were afraid to do it all in one go.) I was asleep maybe 10 minutes each time and was able to eat immediately afterwards. It was such a relief! Easy peasy!

@@kk100 - I am so sorry you are in pain. I am very glad you went to the ER. I don't recall really having pain with my stricture, just the inability to keep food and liquid down. I hope they are doing a CT scan to see what is going on. Maybe it is gallbladder? Whatever it is, I hope they can figure it out and help you. Check back in and let me know how you are doing.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
