Uh I'm stuck between 206 and 211 and its driving me crazy. I'm not sure what's driving me crazier..... My children, this crazy stall or ny lack of sleep

:( I can't wait to be under 200 pounds .

Me too Fiesty! Make sure you update your weight on the right column cause your tracker still has you at 222.

It is weird, I was trying to switch to weekly weigh in but it made me nervous. back to weighing every day. At least though I am aware of what my weight is doing. You know a lot can go wrong in a week.

Keeping fighting Fiesty it will come off.

Thanks Mis,I will have to get on the laptop and change that. My cell is a loaner phone and sucks so it won't let me do anything without closing down. Thank you for the encouragement :)

Hey Ritchey, how are you? I completely skipped over the last post for some reason. I have moved across the US to the east coast and it has been quite an experience. Things are becoming more settled here, and I should be able to check in a little more frequently.

As far as progress goes, I am down a total of 55lbs, at 191.6, so inching closer to the 180's. During the move and subsequent settle phase, there may have been a stall, but I would not have known for the scale was not available, so I am glad to have had my mind otherwise involved with other stuff. I have to say, I thought the travel was going to be difficult with only being able to eat certain things, but it turned out to be not so bad at all. I got crazy looks for how I asked for my food, all beef hot dog or burger, no bun, etc. But of course I am no stranger to this because I had done this before as I don't generally eat bread any way. Of course I packed my Premier Protein so I was supplementing. But 1 burger or hot dog would last me at least 2-3 meals so it was definitely a money saver : >.

I am getting pretty use to what my tummy will except and therefore sliming and vomiting have subsided. I do have regular coffee now as my first meal of the day. LOL of course the Creamer is generally half a vanilla Premier Protein (15g).

I have pretty much giving up on nuts. Only because I cannot even eat a serving without feeling ill. But peanut and almond butter make me happy. I do have sunflower seeds, but I have to get the ones still in the shell because I eat them much slower, they are small, and agree with my tummy. A great theater food when avoiding popcorn (just need a bag or something for the shells).

ok enough rambling for me, tell me how you guys have been.

Morning! Found this thread today. I am doing ok. I have been stalled for almost 2 weeks at 184. I am down 72 lbs since my first weigh in, 59 lbs since surgery day. (I am 5'4", 38 yrs old) I got pretty lazy physically and stopped tracking during that time so I have gotten back into it. I am hoping to see some movement soon. At my last Dr appt he set a goal of 161 but thought I'd surpass it. I thought I would too but now I'm not sure. He said the next 30 lbs would be harder and he is right. So glad I found this thread! Take care everyone.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
