FYI: I'm also doing this so I can get to goal and get a TT, breast lift and Implants. Let's just be real, these things are necessary in my life! They aren't going to magically fix themselves. I'm scared of the TT but it must be done! Is that TMI?! Oh well your all going to hear about it later anyway!

Well I have decided that I am going to extend this all liquids challenge for at least another 5 days. I have had such awesome progress and with my CRAZY schedule (I work five 12-14hr night shifts PLUS I have to work a couple of hours and be 'on call' on my 2 days off AND I am a single mom) it is really easy for me to do all liquids. I am loving this break!!

Plus it doesn't hurt that I have gone down another pound!! Woo hoo!!

Working on my last shake for the night then to bed I go! Well in two hours. I'm ready to start tomorrow! You would think I would be sick of these by now but nope, I still enjoy them.

You will LOVE the results!!! I had mine in June and am thrilled. Got the works--TT, arms and boob lift/implants.

Honestly the pain and recovery wasn't nearly as bad as I feared

More Protein hot chocolate and another blended shake--Syntrax matrix vanilla with almond milk, plain fage 0% Greek yogurt and some sugar free Cherry Torani Syrup.

I may have another hot chocolate before bed!

I'm starting in the morning - liquids only during the work week is doable with all I have going on. And I really need to work on getting in all my Water each day. I'm 20 lbs. from goal and so very impatient, so this will be a great way to help push to the end. :)

@@ZoeyBear, I agree with you, just read this thread pretty much all the way through. Will do a modified version of this starting TOMORROW!

Had a busy last four days filled with out of town guest and lots of fun (aka food) ate way too many carbs. So, I needed to read this.

Thankfully, I recently bought a case of Protein Shakes so I'm ready!!!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
