Whey protein isolates are recommended by my dietician, I've been using Dymatize iso-100 in both the chocolate and birthday cake flavors. They mix smooth and no clumping, only my opinion but this tastes fabulous and I highly recommended it........good luck!!

Ive been using bariatric advantage protein meal replacement it has 27 g of protein and 1 g of carbs.... They have a range of flavors but i chose to pick up vanilla since using extracts can be used to flavor it makes better sense financially.

I use 100% whey from gnc I throw it in the nutra ninja with 1 or 2% milk and its like chocolate nesquick

I drink the Core chocolate or vanilla. It 26g Protein and great. lactose free :-) The milk chocolate tastes exactly like chocolate milk and the vanilla tastes like french vanilla ice cream. There is no chalky or gritty taste at all. I've tried so many different ones before finding this its great.

I always seem to push the Syntrax nectars, my favs are the Cappuccino and the chocolate matrix i mix 3/4 of a scoop of cappuccinno with 1/2 sacoop of choclate and 4 ice cubes and 6 to 8 oz of skim milk. blend and enjoy. Fuzzy navel and lemonade are tied for second place. those i mix with Water and ice or just water in a shakey cap. But the nectars sample pack is worthwhile to get to try many flavors, just rmember milk or milk like product with the sweets and water with the fruits,

Good luck!

Where do you get the Core brand? Never heard of it.

I usually make my own with 8 oz. Fairlife milk and Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt (5oz tub) any flavor. For about 200 calories it replaces and meal and gives 20 gms of protein. If I have some fresh berries in the house I will throw them in too.

I don't have a lot of Protein shakes now that I am a little further out, however, I do enjoy them for Breakfast and this one is quick and tastes good.

I bought the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury sampler and really like the chocolate splendor and the vanilla. The chicken Soup was nice but it has a LOT of sodium so I'll just stick with making my own broth and soup. Premier Protein from costco is great to keep on hand at work.

I tried Cupcake Batter by Protein Milkshake. I found it difficult to drink due to the taste. I was told today that if you mix berries like strawberries of blueberries, it tastes much better. I'm not sure I'm willing to give it another go.

Two days of pre op down, 19 to go.

Wow, that's a great amount of protein in this one. I'm going to look for this.

I am using GNC Whey protein and it has been good tasting. I tried many brands and came up with the conclusion that I needed to ad my own fresh fruit in to get flavor. Like most posting here, be creative.

I love the Syntrax fruit flavors mixed with Water. The Lemonaide, strawberry Kiwi, Fuzzy Navel, etc... don't even taste like a Protein drink, but provide 24 g protein for just 100 calories and 0 carbs. Mix in a 20 oz insulated tumbler and topped with lots of ice and I am a happy camper!
