My journey so far...

My name is Linda. I am 5'2 and started at 210 pounds. I had my sleeve in may 2015. I have had a few bumps along the way with figuring out portions and nausea. Now I have problems with air building up when I eat. I'm down to 169 pounds. I have gone from excerising everyday to having lost my motivation. I can't get my protein and water in while I'm working and now my hair is falling out. Anyone have ideas?

Is it possible to carry protein bars with you to work? I keep a stash of bottled water and Premier Protein, Quest, and Oh Yeah Victory bars in my desk. If I'm in a hurry, I take a few bites and keep going.
