  1. I have been an LPN for 13 years. I am a pulmonary nurse. I was sleeved on 5-7-15 and have lost 40 pounds. My coworkers and management team have been wonderfully supportive since my surgery. I am blessed to have so many supportive people. I was only off two weeks post op. I have stalled with my weight loss and need suggestions on how to get over this bump. Any suggestions?
  2. I took a week off and returned with lifting restrictions. My coworkers helped with the lifting.
  3. I am a nurse and have been keeping shakes and bars in my purse but I can only eat 1/2 bar and I keep water with me. It just doesn't add up.
  4. My name is Linda. I am 5'2 and started at 210 pounds. I had my sleeve in may 2015. I have had a few bumps along the way with figuring out portions and nausea. Now I have problems with air building up when I eat. I'm down to 169 pounds. I have gone from excerising everyday to having lost my motivation. I can't get my protein and water in while I'm working and now my hair is falling out. Anyone have ideas?
  5. I'm an LPN that was sleeved in 5-15. Having problems getting fluid and protein while working. Anyone else?
