Doctor search engine question

I did a search for a particular surgeon on this site. The search indicated there were 22 reviews for this particular doctor. Yet when I clicked on read the reviews (or something like that), I got the message below. How come?

"Dr. ____ does not currently have an active surgeon listing with BariatricPal!"
