Hey so I'm curious as to how much boobs shrink. I know it depends on each body type and stuff but I wanna poll how much have you lost and how many (if at all) cup sizes have you dropped?

I'm at 200 and I'm a C Cup. I expect to drop to a B cup?

At the beginning of my journey I was a 44DD. I'm now a 36D and shrinking. I loved my "girls" and hope they don't disappear small than a C cup. I hope that doesn't sound vain, but I think they help give me a curvier shape.

Not really sure I was wearing the correct size prior to surgery. I wore a 48DD. I was measured at Victoria's Secret the other day and I'm now a 38DDD. So, still have plenty but I definitely need a lift when the time is right!

Very curious about this myself. I am currently a 46C and hope to keep the C but go down to a 36...still feels like make believe!

I started at a 46DDD and now wear a 40 or 42 DD depending on the brand. I love that I'm going down in band and cup size! My blouses fit me so much better now and I don't look as if I'll topple over at any time from being so top heavy.

I was a 40C and am now a 36DD -- band size has gotten smaller, boobs have stayed the same size!

I was in a 44D now I'm in a 36B/C. It weird but the they're losing mass at different rates so my left breast is smaller than my right. So annoying lol.

I am 3 months post and started a 54C and wearing a 46C now....this was the one thing I didn;t prepare for, was how quick it went down...so I bought one cheap bra for each smaller size :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
