  2. I was 200lbs and 5'4. I had my sleeve done 4 months ago and I am the lightest and fittest I've ever been(162lbs)I've always rated healthy and worked out but I would lose 10 lbs and go back up again as soon as I relaxed my diet. After the sleeve eating healthy has been so much easier and the weight has just been coming off, it's really rewarding. If it's what you want to do, don't let anyone tell you "you aren't that big" or that you are crazy. For me it was the best decision I've ever made. I even got a job a personal trainer.
