Hello everyone I just wanted to share a before and after picture. I had my surgery on January 26 so I am four months out. I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there.

Wow well done ! How much weight have you lost and any tips for the first few weeks after surgery?

I've lost close to 60 pounds first weeks out of surgery are roughf don't try to force any food down follow the diet the doctor gives you. You will get through the rough stages stay positive

wow close to 60 lbs for couple of weeks? That's awesome. Its funny how we all lose so differently. I just barely lost 70 lbs since January 15th. Good for you, I hope that I can see such a dramatic difference in myself one day!

Did u ever feel as though you are not going to lose anymore weight? I feel so stuck and I'm only 7 weeks out

Well I always felt as I was not losing enough weight what I did was take a pic every week so even if I didnt feel it I saw it try doing that
