I really haven't had any protein shakes eating did get better I still get full after about 4 bites. Sometimes I over eat and get well sleepy and bloated. But overall I'm doing good with eating Thank you

Well I always felt as I was not losing enough weight what I did was take a pic every week so even if I didnt feel it I saw it try doing that

I've lost close to 60 pounds first weeks out of surgery are roughf don't try to force any food down follow the diet the doctor gives you. You will get through the rough stages stay positive
