Panic attacks and anxiety post-op

Glad to hear you are doing good.I had my preop today n did all my labs so 1 week from today I will be going. I am getting real nervous and second guessing already on what im about to do to myself. I know I just have to block it out. So does it hurt when you drink or it just feels weird.

I have had a few panic attacks but lots of anxiety in my life. But now, It is controlled with medication. I did have a mild attack the day I came home after sleeve operation. I suggest taking your ativan or xanax prior to discharge and as needed at home. They really are great help. Best wishes to you.

thank you. I think I am more worried about things getting stuck going down or what its going to feel like when it hits my sleeve. You know just all the unknowns.
