Overheard at work

"I'm on a glutton-free diet."

Yep, that sums it up for me.

Words and thoughts that never have to be spoken or thought of again because we're diet FREEE!!!!

  • Hilarious! My husband is Celiac, and while he is gluten-free he's definitely not glutton-free. I used to be just like that, a big bowl then going back for more. He can get away with it; I couldn't.

  • Perfect. From now on, that's what I'm telling people, too.

LOL! I love that.

HAHA! I wish I was glutton-free....my inner glutton just gets less attention now than she used to.

Sometimes I can't stand it, this "sport eating" as some one else here calls it. It's kind of disgusting from the spectator's viewpoint. I never feel jealous or like I'm missing out. I don't want to eat that way and am so grateful that WLS has helped me learn to (mostly) override those old compulsions. I am a dainty eater now, lol.
