I ordered the unjury sample pack today. Do the shakes 'have' to be of a frozen nature? I'll wake up my husband using my nutrition bullet.

I have never frozen one. I bought a couple shakers cups and just use them. I do, however, put ice in the cups with my protein and milk/water because I like it colder.

Yeah, I mean are they supposed to be like actual shakes or drinks.

More like drinks unless you were to blend it with ice or freeze it after mixing.

The powders should be mixed with milk or Water, then stirred or shaken in a shaker bottle to make a drink. When I want them really cold I'll add ice after preparing the drink.

They can be mixed in a blender with yogurt, fruit, etc. but normally aren't for just drinks.
