Okay, MyFitnessPal is driving me insane. It is constantly going you are way under your calorie limit. How can I change my daily limits of carbs, Protein, fat. My doctor did not give me calorie goals just carb, fat, and protein goals.

You can change it under the tab for Goals, but no matter what, it will give you that message any time you are under 1000 calories.

I get very confused by the percentages! My doc has given me # of grams per day, and figuring that out is driving me crazy!!

I just didn't worry about all that business. I don't hit the button to complete my diary each day so I don't have to see the message about calories.. and I don't look at the percentages.. I just turn my phone sideways and look at the totals and make sure I'm hitting them.

I had to play around with it. My doctor required 70-80 Protein, 30-50 carbs, 30-40 fat and 700-900 calories. To get this I put in the following: 70% Protein (78g), 20% carbs (39g), 39% fat (34 g) for 775 calories.

I like everything to calculate right and It is interesting to see how much percentage everything is.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
