Howdy all,

I have finally decided to take control of my diet, my future and my life by getting my Band fitted.

I'm due for the op on 14th March and would love to hear from others about their outlooks, concerns and coping strategies.

I'm so excited about what the future holds but I'd be lying if I told you that I wasn't nervous about what the road has in store ahead.

Anyway enough of my ramblings if you want to get in touch then please feel free and a huge congratulations to all of you who have done so well with your inspiring stories and good luck to everyone else who's just starting out xx
