April 22! Not required to do a liquid diet beforehand, but I'm going to do it anyhow. Any suggestions on a regimen? Bc I'm not required they didn't give me any diet to follow except what not to have the day before surgery...

I had my surgery on 21st. In my full liquid stage. For the first time in my life I am worried that I am not taking in enough calories and today was difficult for me on working hard to get to 60+ grams of Protein. Other than that doing really well! Good luck to all!

I was sleeved 4/23! Doing good other than my first dumping syndrome and dehydration. I went to ER got a bag of fluids and much better. ????

Lost 30 lbs since March, and 15 lbs since surgery.
