I'm scheduled for April 1! April fools Day? Yikes. Here's hoping my surgeon isn't a prankster and rearranges things so that my arm flies up every time I burp or something.

Good luck to all of you! I was sleeved almost one year ago on April 16, 2014. Best decision I ever made and easiest weight I've ever lost!!!! Good luck on your own journey! Xoxoxo

Good luck to all of you! I was an April 1st DS, so tomorrow is two weeks! Wishing everyone an uncomplicated surgery and speedy recovery!

April 21st!

Knock, Knock!!! Who's there? Me!!!

I'm back!!!! Everyone I have been so out of whack not being able to get on here and get motivation. As soon as I returned from a visit home (3 hrs) away, my job sent me out of town. This has been a stressful 5 days.

So how's everyone doing? I missed chatting with yall.

April 29th! Just started my 2 week pre op diet today.Using Bariatric Advantage banana protein powder. Not too bad-but it is day one. Getting nervous and excited as the date nears. Never had major surgery before but know I made the right decision!

Good luck everyone!

Tomorrow is my day! Everyone at work has been so uplifting and encouraging with the well wishes. I am so excited!!!

Best of luck. Saying a prayer.

Home today. Surgery was Monday. Day two of Clear Liquids. Walked evening of surgery three rounds around ward. Tuesday walked 30 rounds in three stages of ten rounds. Wednesday, release day, walked a mile in neighborhood. Gas pains are pretty severe and burping a lot. Walking definitely is the key to recovery. Haven't been able to get down more than a few ounces of clear broth. One more day of clear liquids and then 11 days of puréed food. First check with surgeon May 6.

This is workable! Water retention is a problem. Came home 8 lbs heavier than when I went into the hospital.

Thank you Dr. Billing and all the staff at PSSC! ????⭐️✔️????✅

Surgery in the morning. I did my clear liquids today, cleaned the house & wrote a 5000 word research paper for school. I am too tired to be nervous.

See you all on the other side!

I'm on day 5 of my liquid diet and last night I was super nauseous. It hit me a of a sudden and I just went to bed. Today has been better.
