Teens with Gastric Sleeve!

I am 16 and am considering gastric sleeve surgery. I have struggled with weight my WHOLE life. I am just worried that after surgery i won't be able to eat out with my friends. I would also love to hear any teens experiences and if surgery is worth it?

If I could talk to myself back when I first started realizing that dieting wouldn't work long term for me I would absolutely do surgery! If your folks are on board, your REAL friends will be there for you before, during and after!! You will always be able to go out with them - you will just eat differently than you do now: smaller bites and you'll have leftovers :)

Good luck with whatever you choose!!
