I think it's a great idea! You should sell Vitamins, Protein drinks, small portion plates, healthy Protein Bars, I currently use Bariactric Advantage. I know it will be a hit.

I would love this, all our needs on one web site I am a newbie, possibly surgery March or April, and this would be great to have as another tool to use and know we can trust the products, and if the members that use them or have used them could give feedback and rate the products that would be helpful for us overwhelmed newbies that don't know what products to choose and which ones are the best. Thank you, great idea!!!

An alternative with samples of Calcium chews and one a day Multivitamins would be very welcome. Please price reasonably against the outrageous prices we find on other sites. And NO automatic refill. If you sell at a fair price with good tasting products, I would prefer to buy online from BP.

Thanks!

We're highly contemplating opening an online store on BariatricPal that will sell discounted Bariatric Nutritional Products. We'll most likely stock all the big brands plus some others we feel would benefit the community.

Would this be something that interests you ?

Which products do you use most ?

Would you be interested in a monthly auto-ship service ?

This is a really great idea! I would love to be able to get my unjury Protein, opurity Vitamins and Calcium and Quest bars all in the same place. Of course the cost of shipping would be very important to whether or not I used your online store.

It would also make a big difference if you accepted Paypal for payment!

Yes I would be interested in Vitamins and other items I should be taking. Not interested in auto-ship. Would be interested in recipes and menus for sleeve patients. Thank you for considering an online store.

And maybe down the road some compression garments for the very large. And snarky t shirts that say " Your approval is neither desired nor required" or

"Tell me again how I took the easy way out" ,lol cause I am really getting tired of hearing that

Absolutely a yes from me - on one condition !!! That you ship to Australia!!!

I am having so much trouble getting good quality Vitamins etc in Australia. calcium citrate in any other form except for a great big horse tablet is almost unheard of.

Great idea! I look forward to your sample packs. I have wasted a lot of money buying (and throwing out!) lots of brands of Protein powders because I was not able to try a sample first.

Will you also be creating food/liquid tracking apps for post surgery folks? I use MyFitness Pal to track but it is not perfect for my post surgical life. It is not easy to log Fluid intake and it automatically subtracts exercise calories. I would love an app that really works with my goals and needs.

I would love to see products to purchase on this site. So now I will wait to see what develops. Vitamins that are easy to assimilate is what I am most interested in. I am sure I will be a returning customer.

Add me to the Quest bandwagon. Would love to receive them at home????

And sample packs are interesting; often I need to try something first before buying a quantity.

Could be a new addition to this site that I check in on almost every day????

@@Alex Brecher, is this within a few months of happening? I want to order more Unjury but I'll wait and do it here if it's soon.

Question for anyone, how did you get your mind right before surgery? Like as far as eating better foods and just doing better in general? I'm having a really hard time with this. Any help is appreciated 🙏❤️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
