Surgery date 6/14/2014 went in at 315pds and now 220pds!!! My weight has hit a stand still for the past month and I exercise daily........

What's going on and for how long??????

Stick with it......It has taken me just as long to lose my last twenty pounds as the first 100. The stalls get longer and the effort to lose the last few gets harder. Step up your exercises......mix things up a bit, so your bod doesn't get used to things too much and stay at it.....You'll get there. We both will...... ;)

The further out from surgery I get the harder it is to shake the pounds. I agree with recycled. Change up you're exercise routine daily. I'm right there with you. My body just wants to hang on to this weight. It has become far to comfortable with where I am right now. It will break. I understand the frustration.

@MsBeautyB4&After.... I also had my surgery June 25th @ 314pounds and I believe I have stalled at least 8 times and I watch what I eat, drink and exercise, but no matter what... I'm losing. Not at the pace I would like, but it is definitely coming off. Keep the faith and you will see.........

I'm 8 lbs from goal and stalled for 2 weeks. We just need to keep on keeping on and we'll get there. Good luck to us all!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
