Need to hit my goal!

Surgery date 6/14/2014 went in at 315pds and now 220pds!!! My weight has hit a stand still for the past month and I exercise daily........

What's going on and for how long??????

Stick with it......It has taken me just as long to lose my last twenty pounds as the first 100. The stalls get longer and the effort to lose the last few gets harder. Step up your exercises......mix things up a bit, so your bod doesn't get used to things too much and stay at it.....You'll get there. We both will...... ;)

My body just wants to hang on to this weight. It has become far to comfortable with where I am right now. It will break. I understand the frustration.

@MsBeautyB4&After.... I also had my surgery June 25th @ 314pounds and I believe I have stalled at least 8 times and I watch what I eat, drink and exercise, but no matter what... I'm losing. Not at the pace I would like, but it is definitely coming off. Keep the faith and you will see.........

Thank you all for your advice and courage!!!! I hope the best for you all..... BTW I just got my hair to start growing back smh!! Biotin, if you don't have it , then get it!

I'm 8 lbs from goal and stalled for 2 weeks. We just need to keep on keeping on and we'll get there. Good luck to us all!

This is the longest that I have stalled... I get afraid that I'm eating to much!!
