Hmm, I guess it IS a word after all. @@2babutterfly

Well I give myself half credit. I did not binge at all today and had a small sensible dinner if Taco no shell. About 1 cup of mix. lunch today was 2 v8 juices. Don't ask about Breakfast. I don't want to make excuses about my exercise, however I will let you peak in at my life right now. It has been insane at work 6 days a week, and a friend and I are rebuilding an engine in his semi so he can get back to work. 7 hours of sleep in the last 3 nights. I am off to bed with a 2am departure time. So NO on the e-kill. Have a good night!

@@s_suther, praying for your granny.

I had a good day. I was hungry as heck all afternoon but rode it out until dinner. I ate v e r y slowly and by doing that, my one cup of chicken salad and some cucumbers and tomatoes with a little ranch dressing was just enough for dinner. I'm feeling optimistic again.

Off to an OA meeting now. Tomorrow at lunchtime I have a lawyer meeting. I'll bring my lunch and eat before I go.

The plan is simple, don't binge. I still have been unable to eat until real late in the day. This usually ends up in a binge. So I will be sipping my way down the road today. Sensible dinner is in mind. I weighed this morning. I am the same weight as when I got my fill on the 2nd. Kinda a relief really. I just know I have been eating like crapo..

Exercise will not happen tonight. I want to get the red Peterbilt out of my driveway. It's not exactly been a hit with the commander.

My recent gain is slowly coming off. I peed like a racehorse all night. I have the lawyer appointment today at noon. Nervous.

Breakfast is seafood salad. (Aren't we WLS patients weirdos?) lunch is three cheese sticks instead of two since I was so hungry after lunch yesterday. Plus some bell peppers. dinner chicken salad, tomatoes and cucumbers. Same as yesterday. Boring is safe. I have a therapy appointment after work. Gonna be quite a session tonight.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
