Has anyone's insurance actually approved Insure Nutrition?

I would like to know if anyone's insurance approved Insure Nutrition for Protein shakes. I completed their online questionnaire and eventually had them fax the paperwork to me. I'll take it to my doctor Friday. I'm really hoping it goes through.
