ok.....I dont think we are going to be able to do the Lansing ride......I worked and worked to figure a way to make it happen, but I have 2 kids that are in stuff that same weekend, and i just cant leave them to do it on there own that week. I am not excited about it but....i am hoping to get to plan for the one apple cider festival...so we will see how that works.

If it was not so far away for us and we could do it in half the time (drive time) I would do it but....family must come first......LOL

Hi all, just thought I would let you all know, I just got my computer back(it had to get a new hard drive) and I got all of my fill taken out. I was having such bad acid reflux at night, I aspirated and feel like crap:tongue_smilie:!!!

I will start getting it back in next week when it calms down and feels better. I did get a barium swallow and got to watch the whole thing which I thought was soooo cool. Everything looked good with the band, so I was just too tight. I knew that, but was kinda liking the whole not being hunger ever thing....buttttttttt now I have to behave until next week.

Did I mention how much I LOVE my mountain bike!!! We have so many trails up in the mountains here, it isssss soooooooooooooooooo much fun and talk about a workout!!! Who knew going down a mountain a at high rate of speed could make you use all the muscles in your body!!!
