I am taking a week off and I am NOT telling my job! I have an office job and just don't want NOBODY in my personal business! If need be when I am off I will tell them of the hiatal hernia repair but nothing more than that!

I am an LNA and my job is very strenuous. I have to be out 5 weeks tops. I found out I have 4 1/2 weeks FMLA left so I'm pretty excited about that

@nikki9 FMLA is the same amount of days per year for everyone... if you have more than one chronic condition... you are suppose to get approved for each...but they can't ask you why you are taking FMLA days once you are approved
